PLACING AN ORDER
After you have selected the item or items you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout where you will be invited either to checkout as a guest, register your details or log in if you have registered your details previously. When you submit your order and payment details, your order will be processed and you will receive an email containing your invoice and confirmation of your order.
In the case of larger pieces of furniture, If you place your order after 11am EST, it will be processed on the following working day, we will arrange delivery service and contact with you to confirm a delivery costs. After confirmation of total delivery costs you will receive an email containing your invoice and confirmation of your order.
All product specifications, terms and conditions and product information must be read and understood by client before proceeding.
SPECIAL OFFERS & SALES
We may provide special offers in relation to our goods from time to time, such as free shipping, order discounts or product discounts. We may also run sales events on the site from time to time. All sales are final and unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We may terminate any special offers or sales without advance notice at any time.
PRICES & PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on the site are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST unless otherwise stated, but exclude shipping charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept credit cards or PayPal and using the secure services of Stripe. For any assistance with payment methods, do not hesitate to call us and we will be able to guide you through.
Although we try our best to double check all content on the site, there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, errors in product descriptions/measurements and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available. If this occurs, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount charged.
All goods are offered for sale subject to available stock. If an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a substitute. If you don’t want a substitute item and your credit card or PayPal account has been charged for an item that is out of stock, we will cancel your order and issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal account.
Please kindly note that each cowhide and leather is natural material which has its own unique characteristics and no two materials are the same. The displayed image should be taken for reference only. The tone will be similar but may have differences in colour and pattern.
Due to the nature of the timber each product will have its own unique imperfections and markings. These features are not defects and should be appreciated as they make each piece rare and unique.
